FULL BROWN DIVISION RESULTS
 
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Nora Klinowski continued her strong season by setting a new personal best in a 6k at the Paul Short Run on Saturday. The Purple Eagles raced to a 42nd-overall finish in the heat at Lehigh University.

Meet Marks

• Klinowski was once again Niagara's top finisher, posting a 23:40 and breaking her previous personal mark for a 6k race.
• Annina Marullo, Meggie Hart, Elle Russell and Julia Freemire once again finished 2-3-4-5 to complete the team's score. Head coach Christine Kloiber noted the exceptionally strong races by both Marullo and Hart.
• Mallory Ronan and Casey Roman ran the course in 26:35 and 27:04, respectively, to cap the day for the Purple Eagles.
• As a whole, the team's time for the race through Lehigh's campus took 2:03:53.

Coach's Corner

• Head coach Christine Kloiber: "We didn't run poorly, just not able to post the times we knew that we were capable of. We always want to come out of Lehigh with a good showing, and traditionally we have in the past as it's a fantastic event that elicits the best of the competitors; but we know how well we've been training and we just have to be patient."

Up Next

• Niagara will return for their fourth meet of the fall when they take part in the Canisius College Invite. The race will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 and get underway at 12 p.m.
