2019-20:
XC: Co-Captain of 2019 cross country team…Set new personal best in 6k (24:00) at Paul Short Invitational, 4th scorer for team…4th scorer for team at Canisius Alumni Classic…4th scorer on team at MAAC Championship…NCAA Regional competitor. SAAC Rep for 2019. MAAC All-Academic team.
TF: Season did not start and was cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak.

2018-19:
XC:
Named co-captain prior to season...Competed in all six meets...Set Niagara 5k personal best at Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 13) with a time of 19:43.
TF: ran indoor PR in 5000m with 20:49 at Brockport Multi Invite…Ran indoor PR of 20:10 at RIT Last Chance meet...Placed 6th in 10,000m at Monmouth Invite (42:07), recording NU all-time second fastest time in event…1st place in 5000m with 20:00 at Alfred State College. Made MAAC all-academic team…SAAC team representative for Cross Country. Co-Captain of outdoor team.

2017-18:
TF: Placed fifth in 3000 at Alfred State College Invite…Placed 13th in 3000 at UB Invitational……MAAC All-Academic recipient.

2016-17:
TF: Season limited due to injury…Set personal best in 3000 at Stony Brook Invite… Recipient of Unsung Hero Award for cross country. 

Before Niagara:
During her stint with the Black Horses, she was the cross country team captain in addition to being a 4-time league all-star, and recognized as a scholar athlete for every season (for both track and XC). Her senior year in XC culminated with much success as she placed within the top 5 places in the Section 2 Harvest Classic, Tartan Invite, Queensbury Invite, and Section 2 Class CC Championship. Julia’s academic strength mirrored that of her athletic ability as she was a part of both National Junior Honor Society and National Honor Society, achieved high honor roll throughout her high school career, and ranked 7th in her school’s graduating class with a GPA of 97.70. Julia was also an all-state choir singer, president of the environmental club, secretary for her senior class, a member of student council, and treasurer of the French Club.
