Women's Tennis Split With Buffalo and St. Bonaventure

Niagara University, NY - Niagara women's tennis split dual matches on Friday, defeating St. Bonaventure 6-1 before falling to Buffalo 5-2.

Against St. Bonaventure, Niagara swept the doubles point with Lily Dematas winning her first doubles dual match as a purple eagle alongside teammate Saloni Tamang.

In singles, Julia Clarke-Louie and Nadia Guerrero both won their first singles matches in Purple and White. Isabel García was a double winner at the number 1 spot, while Larisa Kotok clinched the match at the number 4 spot.

Later in the day against Buffalo, Isabel García Torra gave the Purple Eagles their lone win of the match, being victorious at 1 singles. Kotok almost took down the No. 4 spot but fell in three.

The Purple Eagles return to the court at the Colagte Invitational Sept. 27-28.
