Box Score BUFFALO, N.Y. - Isabel Garcia earned Niagara women's tennis team's lone point in a 6-1 loss to the University at Buffalo on Friday afternoon. The point was NU's first over crosstown rival since 2002.
 
Garcia delivered a strong performance at second singles, outlasting Buffalo's Kaur in a tight first-set tiebreaker before closing out a 7-6(10), 6-2 victory.
 
Buffalo set the tone early by claiming the doubles point. The Bulls' pairings of Glowacka/Andresen and Berges/Roestel each secured 6-2 victories at first and third doubles, respectively.
 
The Bulls maintained their momentum in singles play, winning five of six matches. Andresen controlled first singles with a 6-0, 6-3 win over 
Gabriela Melo, while Glowacka earned a 6-1, 6-0 victory at third singles. Berges completed a perfect day at sixth singles, winning 6-0, 6-0.
