The Niagara Purple Eagles head to New Jersey for a pair of MAAC matches.

Scene Setter

• The Purple Eagles picked up their first win of the season on March 21 with a 6-1 victory over the RIT Tigers.
• Niagara dropped its conference opener to Quinnipiac on March 12.
• The Purple Eagles were unable to hold on to a 3-0 lead over the Stags to fall 4-3 on March 27.
• Niagara was scheduled to host Marist on March 28, but the match was postponed due to a COVID-19 pause at Marist College. The match has been rescheduled for April 6.

 
Match Tidbits

• The Purple Eagles have won 20 straight against Rider and is 6-0 versus Monmouth since the Hawks joined the conference in 2013.
• Niagara's No. 1 doubles team of Megan Gamble and Elena Mayet  is 3-1 on the season with wins over Quinnipiac, Buffalo, and RIT.
• Freshman Jaida Borg and Elena Mayet have won their last two singles matches.
