The Niagara Purple Eagles resume conference play on Saturday against the Marist Red Foxes at 7 p.m.

Scene Setter

• After picking up a road win at Le Moyne on March 1, the Purple Eagles have lost three straight (Wright State, Cornell, Stony Brook).
• Niagara was edged in its MAAC opener against Quinnipiac, 4-3, on February 16.  

Match Tidbits

• Sophomore Olga Donchu comes into Saturday with a team best 6-8 record overall in singles, Chhinda Som has a 5-10 record coming into the matchup with the Red Fox's.
• The duo of Megan Gamble and Som have a record of 5-7 while playing together this season. The pair of Ali Hutchinson and Donchu have also recorded a 5-7 record in doubles this season.

 
Across the Net: Marist Rex Foxes

• The current record for the Red Fox's is 4-10 overall and a 1-0 record in the MAAC with a win over Monmouth on October 19th. Their other three win came against Colgate, Hofstra, and Lafayette.
• Marist enters Saturday's match on a five-match skid.
• After the matchup with the Purple Eagles, Marist will make the trip south to St. Bonaventure to take on the Bonnies on Sunday.
