WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – The Niagara women's tennis team fell 7-0 to the Binghamton Bearcats on Friday.
The Purple Eagles (3-4) were edged in two doubles matches to lose the point. Both the No. 1 team (
Haley Hollins and
Stella Peisakhova) and the No. 2 team (
Sharlee Deshmukh and
Shannon Wong) lost their respective matches by the score 7-6(2).
Binghamton (5-3) went on to win all five singles matches played.
NU is back on the court on Saturday to play Bucknell.
