Women’s Tennis Loses at Siena

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – The Niagara University women’s tennis team (7-11, 4-2) lost its second consecutive match of the weekend, falling 7-0 to Siena College Sunday afternoon.

Junior Jacquelyn Cary (Selkirk, N.Y.) was the only Purple Eagle to go three sets, losing 4-6, 6-0, 12-10 to Julia Lebedev at No. 5 singles.

The Purple Eagles play their final regular-season match of the year April 17 when they travel to Olean to take on St. Bonaventure.
