Niagara University, NY — The Niagara men's tennis teams defeated Mount St. Mary's 4-1 in the first round of the MAAC Championship in West Windsor, NJ on Friday.

How it Happened

Niagara took the doubles point with Vid Maric and Tanner Bedard winning at the No. 1 spot 6-4, while Trevor Masi and Jose Maria Garcia locked up the No. 3 spot 6-2.

Bedard also got the win at the No. 1 singles spot, while Garcia and Gurustat Makkar won at the No. 5 and No. 6 spots respectively.
