HAMDEN, Conn. – The Niagara me and women fell to Quinnipiac Saturday afternoon in MAAC tennis action.
The Bobcats took both duals by the score of 5-2.

Jorge Sedeno won his No. 4 singles match by the final score of 6-1, 6-2 over Quinnipiac Magalit

Gurustat Makkar also picked up a win, this one on court five, defeating Karagozoglu, 6-2, 6-1.

Trevor Masi fell in No. 1 singles, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1
• In No. 2 singles,
Manuel Alonso dropped his dual, 6-3, 6-4.
• No. 3 singles went to Quinnipiac as
Tanner Bedard fell 6-3, 6-2.

William Gothlin fell in No. 6 singles, 6-4, 6-3.
Men's Doubles
• Niagara fell to Quinnipiac in all three doubles matches.
• No. 1 doubles saw Masi and Bedard fall 6-4, followed by Gothlin and Alonso dropping their No. 2 doubles dual 6-3.
• In No. 3 doubles, Sedeno and
Eduardo Villalpando fell 6-2.
Women's Singles
• Erika Gonzalez was the lone Purple Eagle to pick up a singles win, a 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 in the fifth position.
• No. 1 singles was won by QU's Nella, 6-1, 6-1, over Elena Mayet
• Megan Gamble fell in No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-1.
• Coral Rodriguez went three sets in No. 3 singles, but fell 6-1, 4-6, 6-0.
• Jaida Borg dropped her No. 4 singles match 6-1, 6-3
• In No. 6 singles, Mercedes Velasco fell to Wilbur, 6-1, 6-0.
Women's Doubles
• Niagara won the doubles point by winning the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles dual.
• On court one, Gonzalez and Gamble won 7-5.
• In No. 3 doubles, Mayet and Velasco defeated their opponents 7-5.
• In No. 2 doubles, Niagara's Madigan Humiston and Rodriguez lost a marathon match, 11-6.
