Coaches Corner
"We fought hard against a talented Nazareth team and came away with two wins," said head coach Eric Bugby. "Training has been tough recently and today showed both teams can compete tired. We had two major accomplishments with team records from Katrina in the 100 IM and Sydney in the 3-meter diving."

"More importantly, our free relay teams broke both pool records, which shows the talent and depth of our men and women as we head into the hardest part of our season. It was the best way to end a long week and month."

"Big picture, it was great seeing the Kiernan Center packed with fans from both western New York schools. There was a lot of purple around the pool deck today. I want to say thank you to all the friends and family of our Purple Eagles for making today so memorable."

• Niagara will head to Youngstown, Ohio, to take on the Penguins on Nov. 6.
