Cross Country Competes At MAAC Championships

The men's and women's cross country teams competes at the MAAC Championships on Saturday, Oct. 30 in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

Niagara Notes

Annina Marullo earned her best finish of the season at the Canisius Alumni Classic, placing sixth in the 5k with a time of 19:41.8.
Multiple Purple Eagles set season and personal bests at the Paul Short Run.
Nora Klinowski led the women's team, finishing the 6k in 23:24, which is her season-best.
Alissa Mete set a personal record, finishing in 23:40.9. It was her first time finishing a 6k in under 24 minutes.
Meggie Hart also set a season-best with a time of 23:53.3.
Emily Dembowski (24:37.1), Sara Mueller (24:42) and Elle Russell (24:53.5) all set personal records. It was the first 6k under 35 minutes for each of them.
Spencer Swoboda broke 28 minutes in the 8k for the first time, setting a person record of 27:51.
Gabe Valdivia finished in 28:32.5, besting his previous personal record by 70 seconds.
Bobby Adams' time of 28:27 was also a personal record, beating his previous time by 21s.
