Niagara University, NY - Niagara cross country completed the NCAA Northeast Regionals at the Hopkinton State Fair in Contoocook, NH.
The Niagara men's team placed 38th with 1,223 points. Caleb Noble led the way finishing the 10k course in 33:50.8. Luc DiFlavio followed behind crossing the line in 33:50.8.
The Purple Eagles' scoring was completed by Chase Bolen (34:34.4), Caleb Harman (35:20.4) and Ryan Capo (36:05.2).
The women's team finished with 1,049 points. Alexa Briggs led the Purple Eagles with a 158th-place finish, clocking 22:20.3. Haley Haskett was Niagara's second finisher, placing 204th in 23:07.6.
Sophomore
Olivia Meier finished in 23:24.9 , followed by
Mercedez Covey in 23:39.3 and
Ryanna Brady in 24:42.7 rounding out the scoring runners.
