Garlow Added To Women's Lacrosse Roster

 
NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. – Niagara University women's lacrosse head coach Wendy Stone announced today the addition of Lois Garlow to the team roster. Garlow, a freshman, joins the Purple Eagles ahead of their season opener on February 14.
 
"We are very excited to officially announce that Lois will be joining our team this spring," Stone said. "She brings international experience, had an outstanding high school career, and we are confident that she will have an immediate impact on our program. We are thrilled to officially welcome her into the Purple Eagle lacrosse family."
 
Garlow was a record-breaking athlete at Mount St. Mary Academy in Kenmore, New York, where she played for two years on the school's lacrosse and basketball teams.

  • Combined career high school stats: 269 goals, 200 Assists, 469 total points (played for Park City High School (Utah) in 2016 and 2017).
  • Two-time US Lacrosse Girls' High School All-American (2018, 2019).
  • Two-time Utah Girls High School Lacrosse All-State First-Team (2016, 2017).
  • Two-time Western New York (WNY) Girls Lacrosse Player of the Year (2018, 2019).
  • Two-time All-WNY First Team (2018, 2019).
  • Two-time Monsignor Martin (MMHSAA) Offensive Player of the Year (2018, 2019).
  • Two-time MMHSAA First Team All-Catholic (2018, 2019).
  • Two-time Utah High School Lacrosse League Division 1 state champion (2016, 2017).
  • 2019 MMHSAA champion.
  • 2019 All-New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) Third Team.
  • 2018 All-NYSSWA Fifth Team.
  • Two-time Ken-Ton Bee Female Athlete of the year (2018-2019).
  • 2019 All-Bee Girls Lacrosse Co-Player of the Year.
  • Mount St. Mary all-time lacrosse leader in goals (220), assists (129), and points (349).
  • Broke her own single-season goals record with 125 as a senior in 2019. Recorded 193 shots on goal in just 19 games played with a shooting percentage of .648.
  • Owns Mount St. Mary school record for goals (13) and points (18) in a single game.
