North Haven, Conn. – The Niagara Purple Eagles fell at the Quinnipiac Bobcats, 6-1, on Saturday.
 
Match Summary
  • The doubles portion of the match came down to the number one slot.
  • Niagara's No. 3 team of Pere Padro and Josh Wilson edged a 7-5 victory. However, the Bobcats won in two and one doubles to take the point.
  • In singles play, Niagara won one of the six matches while falling in three sets in two matches.
  • Josh Wilson won in straight sets over Kyle Alper, 6-3, 7-6, in two singles as NU trailed 2-1.
  • Taylan Ozdemir (No. 1) and Brent Boleslav (No. 3) both fell in three sets.
