The Niagara University men's and women's tennis teams continue MAAC play as they head on the road to battle the Quinnipiac Bobcats on Saturday.

First Serve (Men)
  • The men's team opened MAAC play with a 4-3 win over the Siena Saints.
  • Finnbar Adams and Eduardo Villalpando are 2-0 as a duo.
  • Taylan Ozdemir leads the team with 14 singles wins and holds a 6-9 record in first singles.
  • Adams and Ozdemir lead the team in doubles victories with nine.
 
Across the Net – Quinnipiac Bobcats
  • Quinnipiac is 3-7 on the season and 1-0 in MAAC play after beating Saint Peter's, 7-0.
  • Three Bobcats are in double figures for singles wins this season – Julian Rozenstein (12-8), Axel Stern (11-8), and Hielke Moore (10-7).
  • Rozenstein and Stern are both 5-5 in dual singles matches while Rozenstein boasts a 7-3 tour singles record.
  • The duo of Rozenstein and Freddie Zaretsky lead the way for Quinnipiac, posting a 6-6 record in doubles play.
 
First Serve (Women)
  • The women's team opened MAAC play with a 5-2 loss to Siena.
  • Andreea Peteu leads the team with nine singles wins and a 5-9 record in two singles.
  • Shannon Wong has a 3-2 record in three singles while tying Peteu with a 1-0 conference record.
  • Ali Hutchinson and Peteu lead the way for Niagara with a 5-3 doubles record and a 3-2 dual doubles record.
 
Across the Net – Quinnipiac Bobcats
  • The Bobcats are 7-5 this season and have started 2-0 in conference after victories against Rider (7-0) and Saint Peter's (7-0).
  • Proyfon Lohaphaisan has a 13-7 singles record with seven of those wins coming in dual singles.
  • Jennifer Lu (12-10) and Layla Rodriguez (10-11) have reached double figures in wins for singles matches.
  • Lu also leads the team with 10 combined wins in doubles play.
