WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – The Niagara University men's tennis team picked up its first win of the season with an 8-1 victory over the Daemen College Wildcats on Wednesday.
Match Summary
	- Niagara won two of the three doubles matches to take a 2-1 lead.
 
	- Niagara's No. 1 team of Taylan Ozdemir and Finnbar Adams won 8-2 and the No. 2 team of Josh Wilson and Brent Boleslav won 8-4.
 
	- NU won all six singles matches.
 
	- Shyam Srinviasasn picked up a 7-6, 6-0 in six singles.
 
	- Ozdemir won in straight sets at one singles, 6-1, 6-3.
 
	- Pere Padro earned a three-set win.
 
	- Adams posted a 6-4, 6-4 win in three singles.
 
	- Wilson rallied for a 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory in two singles.
 
	- Boleslav bounced back after dropping the first set to win in three sets.
