OLEAN, N.Y. – The Niagara men's tennis team dropped a 5-1 decision to the Fordham Rams on Sunday.

- The Purple Eagles were edged in all three doubles matches to lose the point.
- NU's No. 2 doubles fell 7-5, while the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles teams were nipped in tiebreakers.
- The No. 1 team of Taylan Ozdemir and Finnbar Adams was edged 7-6 (7) and the No. 3 team of Shyam Srinvivasan and Pere Padro lost 7-6 (3).
- Taylan Ozdemir bounced back in singles to pick up Niagara's lone win of the match. Ozdemir defeated Fordham's No. 1 Lutwin de Macar, 6-2, 3-6, 7-5.
