WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – The Niagara University men's tennis team fell to the Colgate Raiders, 6-1, in its spring season opener on Sunday.

• Niagara won in No. 1 doubles. The team of Taylan Ozdemir and Finnbarr Adams edged Noah Rosenblat and Scott Bickel, 7-6.
• Though, the Purple Eagles fell in two and three doubles to drop the point.
• In singles, Adams defeated Rosenblat in three sets in No. 3 singles to provide Niagara's lone point of the match.
• Ozdemir fell in three sets in No. 1 singles.
