Coach's Corner
- "It was a really nice way to open the season. We had great weather and our teams put forth a solid effort. We went, for the most apart, as we had planned, so we were able to get a really good idea of how fit we are and what we still need to do as the season rolls on. Overall, we did pretty well considering how young a squad we are for both the men and women. It will take more time for them to start gelling, but they're a wonderful group this year. Both the men and women are 100% enthused for the sport, supportive of one another, and eager to do as well as they can. There were a few nerves as it was the first meet, and a home meet at that, and they were a little fatigued from just wrapping up pre-season; but those are easy fixes, so we're on the right track." - head coach Christine Kloiber
