LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. – The Niagara men's tennis team earned its first conference win of the season with a 5-2 win over the Rider Broncs on Friday.

Match Summary

• Niagara won all three doubles matches to claim the point.
• The senior tandem of Felipe Fuentes and Francis Nadeau edged Rider's No. 1 team, 7-6. Josh Wilson and Lukas Wenninger won 6-4 in two doubles, while Taylan Ozdemir and Jason Wisely won 6-3 in their first doubles match together.
• The Purple Eagles collected wins in one through four singles.
• Fuentes, Ozdemir, Nadeau and Wilson all picked up straight sets.
