The Niagara Purple Eagles will close out the 2015 regular season with a pre-graduation, three-game set against the Canisius Golden Griffins in Buffalo, N.Y. A doubleheader is scheduled for Thursday with a single-game on Friday. First pitch on both days is at noon.

- Freshman Zachary Kolodziejski's seven wins put him in the conference lead for overall wins.
- Daniel Procopio leads the team with four saves on the year. Matt McCuen is right behind him with three.
- Procopio's 21 appearances are also a team-high.
- The Purple Eagles have three players in the top-10 in batting. Michael Fuhrman is third with a .343 average, freshman Tanner Kirwer is fourth with a .333 average, and Thomas Rodrigues is 10th with a .316. The only other team in the conference with that many players in the top-10 is Canisius.
- Fuhrman leads the MAAC with a .483 on base percentage. Kirwer is ninth with a .405.
- Anthony Firenzi leads the team and is tied for sixth in the conference with five homeruns. He is also tied for sixth with 14 doubles, sits fifth with a .506 slugging percentage, and seventh with 78 total bases.
- Another note about Kirwer – the freshman is tied for the lead in the MAAC with 22 stolen bases.

On The Field: Canisius Golden Griffins (26-27; 13-8 MAAC)
- Canisius currently sits in a tie with Monmouth for third place in the MAAC.
- The Griffs are coming off of a 5-3 win over Akron in their final non-conference game of the year.
- Their final conference series saw Canisus drop 2-of-3 against Siena. A 4-3 win was bookended by 3-2 and 4-1 losses.
- Connor Panas has started all 53 games this year and leads the team with a .358 average and 47 RBIs.
- Brett Siddall leads the team with 11 homeruns and 28 extra-base hits.
- On the mound, the Griffs are led by Devon Stewart's 3.39 ERA, 60 strikeouts, and three complete games.
