The Niagara men’s and women’s tennis programs are back on the court on Saturday when they host the Robert Morris Colonials at 5 p.m. from SportsPlex.
The Niagara men (3-0) are off to its best start since the 2005-06 season and was recently picked third in the MAAC Preseason Poll. The Purple Eagles opened their spring slate with a 6-1 win over St. Francis (Pa.) last week.
The NU women (1-2), who were tabbed fourth in the MAAC Preseason Poll, dropped their spring opener to St. Francis (Pa.), 5-2.
The Robert Morris men are 1-1 heading into their first spring match of the season at St. Bonaventure on Friday. The Colonial women are 0-2 ahead of their spring opener with NU.
