Joel Klock led things off with a double to center field.
Adam Wagner moved Klock to third with a bunt single and later stole second to move two runners into scoring position with one out in the inning. McCauley was issued his second walk of the contest to load the bases but Manhattan was able to get out of trouble with a pair of force plays to end the inning.
Pitching would take over the final innings as the only hit in the final frames came on a Wagner single in the top of the seventh. Manhattan was able to hang on for a 4-2 win.
