Freshman Maria Ortiz also picked a win by defeating Lydia Colvin, 7-2, 6-2.  The NU women’s squad is 2-0 after victories over Colgate and Youngstown State. Ortiz and classmate Ashley Ta are both 2-0 in singles, while the No. 1 doubles team of Hansen and Iva Celan are 2-0.

On the men’s side, the doubles duo of Brandon Gallegos and David Raymond advanced to the Bison Quad semifinals before falling to Bucknell’s Gregg Cohenca and Evan Zimmer, 8-2.
