Niagara University, NY - Niagara University Men's Basketball has announced an exciting partnership with Golisano Children's Hospital that will bring young patients' artistic creativity directly to the basketball court.
In this special collaboration, patients from Golisano Children's Hospital created multiple unique designs that have been thoughtfully incorporated into the Niagara logo.
The basketball team will proudly showcase these special designs during their upcoming game against Manhattan on Friday, February 13, at the Gallagher Center. Players will be wearing custom T-shirts featuring the patients' artwork during the game, while the coaching staff will don quarter-zips that also display the collaborative logo.
"This partnership means a lot to our program,", Head Coach Greg Paulus said, "The artwork from the kids at Golisano Children's Hospital is amazing and their strength and creativity are inspiring. We are excited to celebrate the great work being done at Golisano Children's Hospital and to highlight the incredible talent and spirit of these kids."
Fans planning to attend the game are strongly encouraged to arrive early at 6:00 PM for warmups, which will provide an opportunity to see the specially designed shirts on the court before tip-off.
Additionally, the first 250 fans who arrive at the Gallagher Center will receive a complimentary Niagara T-shirt featuring all of the young artists' designs sponsored by UG2.
Tickets for the game can be purchased online through
