EDISON, N.J. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) announced the 2025-26 women's basketball schedule via social media Thursday morning.

Niagara will play a total of 20 league games with two games against eight of its 12 conference opponents while playing Saint Peter's, Fairfield, Merrimack and Marist once.

The Purple and White's league schedule starts at home Dec. 19 against Siena and Dec. 21 against Saint Peter's. Niagara then heads to the road to face off against Sacred Heart on Jan. 1 before taking on Fairfield Jan. 3.

The Purple Eagles return home for three straight contests against Iona (Jan. 8), Manhattan (Jan. 10) and the first of two contests against Battle of the Bridge rival Canisius on Jan. 14.

Niagara heads to Maryland on Jan. 19 to face Mount St. Mary's before once again returning home to face Fairfield (Jan. 22) and Sacred Heart (Jan. 24). The Purple Eagles then begin a three game roadtrip starting with Siena on Jan. 29 followed by Marist (Jan. 29) and Canisius (Feb. 3).

The Purple and White take a quick trip back home on Feb. 7 to take on Quinnipiac before returning back to the road to face Manhattan (Feb. 12) and Iona (Feb. 14).

The Purple Eagles return home for the final time during the regular season Feb. 19 to face Mount St. Mary's and Feb. 21 to take on Rider. Niagara wraps up the regular season on the road with two contests against Quinnipiac (Feb. 26) and Merrimack (Feb. 28).

The MAAC Women's Basketball Tournament will once again take place in Atlantic City, N.J. moving up a week to March 5-10.
