NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. – Niagara volleyball sophomore Mia Schaefer has been named MAAC Libero of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday afternoon. 

This is Schaefer's third Libero of the Week award of the season. Schaefer averaged 7.22 digs per set for a total of 65 in Niagara's weekend split of Quinnipiac and Merrimack. She also contributed seven assists and three service aces. 

Niagara is back in action for the First Round of the MAAC Volleyball Championship Tuesday November 18 against Battle of the Bridge rival Canisius inside the Gallagher Center at 6 pm.
