EDISON, N.J. - Niagara graduate student Braden York has been named MAAC Runner of the Week for the third time this season. 

York finished fifth overall in the Brown 8k at the 50th Annual Paul Short Run, posting a time of 24:49.7. He was the top finisher from the MAAC in the event by 11 spots. York has three top-five efforts in four events this season.

Niagara will be back in action on Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Canisius Alumni Classic.
