Coming off a season sweep of crosstown rival Canisius, the Niagara Purple Eagles wrap up their regular season schedule inside of the Gallagher Center on Sunday against the Siena Saints at 2 p.m.
Scene Setter
• Niagara enters the final day of the regular season in search of its second straight win after holding off Canisius on February 27.
• NU, which will start the MAAC Tournament on Thursday, March 7, will be either the ninth, tenth, or 11th seed.
• The Purple Eagles will host the Saints for the first time since January 4, 2017. Niagara edged Siena, 71-66.
• A victory would give the Purple Eagles their ninth home win of the season for the second straight campaign.

Dominic Robb sealed Niagara's win over Canisius on February 27 by scoring the Purple Eagles' final four points. He also became the program's career leader in blocks (221) with a block in the final seconds. Robb led the Purple Eagles in scoring for the fourth time in the last five games with 20 points.

Dominic Robb reached a pair of career milestones when the Purple Eagles played Saint Peter's on February 24. His three blocked shots tied him with Joe Arlauckas ('87) for first most career blocks and he joined the 1,000-point club after scoring a team-high 17 points.

Dominic Robb LEADS the MAAC in total blocks (65) and blocks per game (2.2) while ranking 17th and 27th, respectively, in those categories nationally. Robb's 65 blocks are fifth most in a season in program history.

Dominic Robb is averaging 16.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in the last five games. Robb scored a season-high 23 points against Fairfield on February 17.

Marvin Prochet is sixth in the MAAC in scoring with a career-high 15.7 points per game and fourth in rebounding with 7.1 boards per game. His career-high 43.3 three-point field goal percent is third in the league and is 22nd in the nation.

James Towns is third in the MAAC in free throw percentage with a career-high 81.4 percent. Towns is also averaging career-high numbers in assists per game (3.6) and in assist/turnover ratio (1.6).
• The Purple Eagles are second in the conference in 3-point field goal percentage (.399) in MAAC games with
Marcus Hammond sitting in first place in the MAAC at 60 percent (24-for-40).
• Niagara is second in the conference in free throw percentage (.733), blocks per game (3.9) and turnovers per game (12.1).
• According to KenPom.com, the Purple Eagles rank seventh in the nation in opponent free throw rate (24.2) which captures a team's ability to get to the free-throw line.

• Siena started its Western New York trip with a 68-62 defeat at Canisius on March 1 which snapped a two-game winning streak.
• Evan Fisher (15.7 ppg) and Jalen Pickett (15.3 ppg) are averaging double figures scoring.
• Jalen Pickett, who ranks in the top-10 in the nation in both total assists and assists per game, has been named MAAC Rookie of the Week for a record 10 times.
• The Saints lead the MAAC in fewest turnovers, fewest fouls, and in assist/turnover ratio.
• According to KenPom.com, Siena's average offense possession length ranks last in the nation.
