The Niagara University Purple Eagles fly south to play the North Texas Mean Green on Friday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. eastern as they begin a four-game road trip.

Scene Setter
• On the road…again: After playing three straight games on the road from Nov. 13-20, the Purple Eagles are back on the trail for a four-game journey beginning against North Texas.
• Seven of Niagara's first nine games are on the road including next weekend's MAAC opening weekend against Marist and Iona.
• This will be the second all-time meeting between Niagara and North Texas, with the Mean Green coming away with an 83-72 win on Dec. 26, 1974.
• This will be the final game as part of the Scarlet Knight Classic.

Tipoff Tidbits
• The Purple Eagles picked up their first win of the season with a resounding 93-74 victory over Drexel in their last game.
• Niagara, which led 38-37 at halftime, pulled away in the second half as the Purple Eagles displayed an offensive clinic. NU shot 62.3 percent from the field, 83.3 percent from the 3-point line and 81 percent from the free-throw line.
• The Purple Eagles had 19 assists which are the most in a regular season game since dishing out 21 assists in a 73-61 win over Manhattan on Jan. 2, 2015.
• Three Purple Eagles set career-highs in points.Â
Marvin Prochet led the game with a career-high 21 points, with 18 coming in the second half.
Kahlil Dukes scored 19 points and had a career-high four assists, and
James Towns had 17 points including a career-best five 3-pointers.

Matt Scott has led or shared team-high honors in assists in every game.

Kahlil Dukes is the only Purple Eagle to score in double figures through the first five games this season.
• The Purple Eagles lead the MAAC in blocks (26) and blocks per game (5.2), while
Dominic Robb leads the conference with 2.8 blocks per game.
• Robb swatted a career-high four blocks in consecutive games (Rutgers and Drexel) to become the first Purple Eagle to have at least four blocks in consecutive games since Kashief Edwards in 2010. Robb has had at least two blocks in each game.

Electric Shooting Nearly Set Records
• The Purple Eagles had one of their hottest shooting games in program history in their 93-74 win versus Drexel on Nov. 23.
• The Purple Eagles shot 83.3 percent (10-for-12) from the 3-point line which is the second highest percentage in program history. The program record is 84.6 percent (11-for-13) which was set on Jan. 19, 1993 against St. Bonaventure.Â
• Niagara shot 62.3 percent (33-for-53) from the field which was 5.6 percent shy of tying the program record of 67.9 percent (36-for-53) which was also set versus the Bonnies in 1993.

North Texas Mean Green (1-3, 0-0 Conference-USA)
• North Texas is 1-3 on the season and enters Friday's night game on a three-game losing streak with defeats to Texas Tech, Drexel and Rutgers.
• Deckie Johnson leads the Mean Green in scoring with 13.8 points per game and is a team-best 23-for-26 from the free-throw line.
• Jeremy Combs is second on the team in scoring with 11.0 ppg and shares the team-lead in rebounds per game with 5.3 per contest.

Against the Mean Green (North Texas leads 1-0)
• North Texas won the only previous meeting between the programs when the Mean Green defeated the Purple Eagles, 83-72, as part of the All College Tournament in Oklahoma City on Dec. 26.
