TicketsThe Niagara Purple Eagles conclude their home weekend with a contest against the Quinnipiac Bobcats on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Niagara was clipped by Marist, 65-61, on Friday despite having four players score in double figures for the second straight game. The setback extended the Purple Eagles' skid to nine games.

The Purple Eagles remain in search of their first win in the series with the Bobcats which started in 2010 as Niagara has dropped all five meetings. NU and Quinnipiac met three times last season; the Bobcats escaped the Gallagher Center with a buzzer-beating win and Quinnipiac eliminated Niagara in the 2014 MAAC Tournament Quarterfinals.

Ramone Snowden leads the team in scoring (12.1 ppg), rebounds (6.3 rpg), blocks (nine), steals (25), 3-pointers made (34), free throws made (57) and minutes (652).Â
• Snowden has scored in double figures in the last eight games (14.5 points per game).
• In his last five games,
Emile Blackman is averaging a team-best 17.4 points while shooting a team-high 48 percent. Blackman is leading NU in scoring in conference games with 12.5 per contest.

Karonn Davis set a new career-best in assists with a game-high six against Marist on Jan. 30. Davis has had at least five assists in three of the last four games.

Wesley Myers is averaging 10 points per game and 3.0 rebounds per game in three meetings with Quinnipiac.

• Niagara's 21 assists against Manhattan on Jan. 2 are the most since having 21 versus Saint Peter's on March 2, 2013.
• According to KenPom.com, Niagara is the

On The CourtQuinnipiac Bobcats (11-9, 5-6 MAAC)• Quinnipiac had its three-game winning streak snapped at Canisius on Friday.
• Zaid Hearst leads the Bobcats in scoring with 20.1 per game, while Ousmane Drame is averaging a double-double with 14.5 points per game and 11.0 rebounds per game.     Â
• Drame leads the nation in double-doubles with 15, is ninth in rebounds per game and 12th in blocked shots per game (2.95).
• Quinnipiac leads the nation in rebounds per game (44.9) and rebounding margin (12.8).

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Niagara Purple Eagles had their season come to an end on Saturday night with an 89-80 defeat to the third-seeded Quinnipiac Bobcats in the 2014 MAAC Tournament Quarterfinals.
