Gallagher Center Plays Site For ESPN3 Clash Friday

Notes | WatchESPN | Audio | Live Stats

The Niagara Purple Eagles are back in the Gallagher Center to face the Marist Red Foxes on Friday, Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. on ESPN3.

NU will look to close out January by snapping an eight-game losing streak. Slow starts out of the gate have hindered the Purple Eagles as late second half runs were not enough against Siena (Jan. 8), Iona (Jan. 16) and Monmouth (Jan. 23).

NU is 10-4 against Marist in the last 14 meetings, including winning seven straight at the Gallagher Center. The teams met three times last season with Niagara winning the rubber match, 78-76, in the 2014 MAAC Tournament First Round.
