Purple Eagles 101• Niagara will head into Saturday's matchup looking to get back to the .500 mark in MAAC play after dropping Siena in the team's most recent outing to push their conference record to 2-3. The Purple Eagles stand at 6-7 overall.

Carrie-Jo Farrugia continues to lead the Purple Eagles on the offensive end, scoring 30 goals and adding 11 assists for 41 points.
Maria Battista is second on Niagara in goals (24) and points (27), which is a career-high for the senior, while
Erin Patenaude 's 10 assists is one behind Farrugia for the team lead. The rookie has also contributed 15 goals on the season for 25 points.
Brittany Delano has also been strong offensively, scoring 11 goals in 13 games.

Andrea Francisco has seen action in 12 games this season, making 68 saves in 558 minutes of play. The freshman owns a 13.10 goals against average and a .358 save percentage.
100 And Counting•
Carrie-Jo Farrugia's fourth goal in the win over Siena on Apr. 16 gave the junior her 100th career-point as a Purple Eagle. The Elbridge, N.Y. native has 62 goals and 38 assists in 43 games.
• Farrugia is one point from cracking the top-10 on Niagara's Career Points list. A point in the next three contests of the regular season would put her at 101 points and tie her with Rachel Jones ('05).
• Her five-point afternoon against the Saints also pushed her to a career-high 40 points on the season, while her 30 goals is also a career-best. She is six assists shy of tying her career-high of 17 achieved her sophomore season.

Carrie-Jo Farrugia put away a game-high four goals and added a helper, while four other Purple Eagles found the back of the net to propel Niagara to its second conference victory. Goaltender

Scouting the Jaspers• Manhattan welcomes the Purple Eagles to Gaelic Park holding a 2-12 overall record, and a 10-6 conference mark with its last game ending in a 13-8 loss to Marist.
• The Jaspers are led offensively by Donna Jo DiNorcia who has pocketed 19 goals and seven assists for 26 points. Kelsey Rehain is not far behind with 17 goals on the season, while Megan Yarusso has earned 20 points with 18 goals and two assists.
• Christin Fiorinelli has been the go-to goaltender for Manhattan, playing and starting in all 14 games thus far. She has made 132 saves so far for a 11.83 goals-against average and a .452 save percentage.
All-Time vs. Manhattan• This will be the 18th meeting between the two teams in a series that dates back to 1997. Manhattan owns a 12-5 advantage over the Purple and White.
• Last season's meeting ended in a Niagara victory after the Purple Eagles edged the Jaspers 11-10 on Apr. 20. Maria Battista led the charge with six points on the afternoon, including scoring the go ahead goal in under two minutes in the contest.
Carrie-Jo Farrugia and
Danielle Maio also contributed with five and four points, respectively, while
Paige Matecki added a score. Goaltender
Paige Sasser pushed aside 13 saves in the victory.
