	NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. – The Niagara men's soccer team concludes its longest roadtrip of the season with a pair of contests beginning with Robert Morris on Sept. 20 and wrapping up against St. Francis (Pa.) on Sept. 22.  Both kickoff times are scheduled for 3 p.m.

Purple Eagles 101
	The Purps enter weekend play with a 1-4-0 overall mark.  Niagara's 
Nicholas Watson  currently leads the Purple Eagles with seven points, two goals and three assists, while 
Julian Ekeze has tallied a goal and an assist on the year.  Sophomore goalie 
William Banahene has appeared in four games for NU.  He has made 11 saves and allowed four goals this year.
	
	
Last Time Out
	The Purple Eagles participated in the Akron Tournament, dropping a pair of close games against San Diego State, 2-0, and No. 19 Virginia Commonwealth University, 1-0.    
	
	
Scouting Robert Morris
	Robert Morris welcomes Niagara to North Athletic Complex with a 1-3-2 record after falling to Penn State, 1-0, on Tuesday in Pennsylvania.  RMU's lone win came against Wright State in a 2-1 decision.
	
	Neco Brett and Carl Reid are the lone Colonials with multiple goals (2), and are tied for the team lead in points with five.  Miro Cabrilo and Luca Campos have also contributed to the offense with a goal each. 
	
	Goalkeeping duties have been given to Joseph Kuta who has made 19 saves and allowed eight goals.  
	
	
All-Time vs. the Colonials
	The Colonials hold a 5-7-0 edge in the all-time series against Niagara which dates back to the 1993 season.  Niagara blanked RMU, 2-0, in its last meeting back in 2011 at Monteagle Ridge.
	
	
Scouting St. Francis (Pa.)
	The Red Flash are 4-1-1 on the season with wins over William and Mary, Canisius, Bucknell and IPFW.       
	
	Nick Kolarec leads the team with four goals and nine points, while nine more Red Flash players have registered at least a point this season.  Daniel Valcicak has seen the majority of time in goal, holding a 2-1-0 record with 15 saves and only allowing a pair of goals.  
	
	
All-Time vs. the Red Flash
	The Red Flash and Purple Eagles started their series in 2001 and Niagara holds a 2-0-1 advantage over the three meetings.  The team's last battle came during the 2012 season where Niagara came out with a 2-1 victory in overtime off goals from Callum Willmott and Michael Hanton.
	
	
Up Next for NU
	The Purple Eagles return to Monteagle Ridge Sunday, Sept. 29, for a 2 p.m. game against Cornell in the team's final non-conference game of the season.  It will be the second meeting between the squads, the first coming during the 2011 season where NU came out with a 3-1 victory
