Quinnipiac started the scoring in the 19th minute of action to take a one nil lead heading into the break. Niagara added pressure recorded three shots
The Bobcats added another goal in the 88th minute to cap off a two nothing win. The Purple Eagles did not back down, as they recorded another three shots with one finding the Bobcats keeper.
Grant Wyles recorded six saves in the loss.
