Camp
The three-time defending Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference volleyball team will host its annual summer camp from August 11-19 at the Gallagher Center.
The camp will be broken down in three categories: setter/hitter camp, all skills camp and passing/defense camp. The setter/hitter camp is designed for those seeking individualized instruction in the specific skills of hitting and setting. The camp will run from Aug. 11-12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kiernan Center. Registration for this camp is $110 before July 25 ad $130 after July 25.
The all skills camp will run from Aug. 14-16 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. This camp is designed for those looking to learn and improve in all skills of volleyball -passing, setting, attacking, defense, and serving. Campers will be divided according to skill level and age as to maximize training. Registration for this is camp is $180 before July 25 and $195 after July 25.
The passing and defense camp is designed for those seeking to improve on their individual passing and defensive skills. The camp will run from Aug. 18-19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Registration for this camp is $110 before July 25 and $130 after July 25.
For those who want to attend all of the camps, registration is $365 before July 25 and $420 after July 25. For all camps, registration fee includes camp instruction and a camp t-shirt.
Niagara University employees are eligible for a $20 discount in accordance with time of registration.
First-year head coach
Dottie Porch takes over the program which has made three straight NCAA Tournament appearances. Porch has been an assistant coach at three Division I programs with her previous stop with the Pitt Panther program.
