This Week in Niagara Athletics: April 6- April 12
Softball travels to Youngstown, Ohio to take on Youngstown State on Tuesday, April 7th for a doubleheader with game one slated for 2 p.m. The Purple Eagles are set to come back home on Saturday April 11eth to take on MAAC foe Iona for a doubleheader that will begin at 12 p.m. and the final game of the series concluding on Sunday April 12th for a 12 p.m. first pitch.
Baseball travels to Erie, PA to take on Mercyhurst for one game on Wednesday, April 8th with first pitch set for 3:30 p.m. Baseball comes back home on Friday, April 10th to Sunday April 12th as they take on cross-town rival in Canisius for a three-game series of the Battle of the Bridge at Bobo Field.
Women's Lacrosse heads back home as they look to add to their winning streak of five games as they take on Merrimack at Niagara Field for a 2 p.m. start on Wednesday, April 8th. The Purple and White will then travel to Poughkeepsie, NY later in the week to take on Marist on Saturday, April 11th with the game slotted for 12 p.m.
Women's Track and Field are back in action as they head to Lewisburg, PA for a two-day meet at Bucknell that begins on Saturday, April 11th.
Tennis is back in action on April 11th as they host Sacred Heart.
Women's Golf travels to Bowling Green to partake in the BGSU Dolores Black Falcons Invite that is set to start on April 11th and conclude on April 12th.
Men's Golf returns to action as they travel to Easton, PA to partake in the ABARTA Coca Cola Invitational for a three-day tournament that is set for Sunday, April 12th and will conclude on Tuesday, April 14th.
