Franklin Township, NJ – Emily Brock was named the NEC Bowler of the Week for the fourth time this season.
Emily Brock was named to the all-tournament team at the Music City Classic where individually finished in second place just 10 pins from the top spot in the five games Brock recorded a 1149 total pinfall for an average of 229.8. Brock bowled 50 frames for a 22.98 average per frame, 64% on strikes which was sits second highest for her on the season, her multi pin spare sat at 100% which was her third time this season. In baker Brock bowled 85 frames for a 20.22 baker average, 90.2% on makeable spares and 94.4% on multi pin make able conversion which was her highest in baker this season. Brock was also tabbed with Prime Performer of the week.
Two other Purple Eagles were awarded NEC Prime Performers in
Kate Ackerman and
Jocelyn Smith.
Ackerman finished 24th overall individually in the five games Ackerman recorded a 1026 pin fall for a five-game average of 205.2. She recorded an 83.3% on all spare conversion which was her fourth best average on the season, 100% on multi pin conversion which she has done four times this season. Ackerman bowled 84 frames of baker for an average of 20.63 where she went 52.9% on strikes, 77.5% on spare conversion.
Smith finished 38th overall individually where she recorded 997 pins for a five-game average of 199.40. Smith recorded a 71.4% on all spare conversion and 80% on multi pin conversion. In baker Smith bowled 85 frames for an 18.99 baker average, 76.9% on spare conversion.
