This Week in Niagara Athletics: Nov. 2 – Nov. 8
Women's basketball kicks off the week as they travel to New York, NY, to take on Fordham in their first game of the 2026-27 season for a 6 p.m. tipoff on Monday, November 2. The Purple Eagles will then head to Lowell, MA to take on the University of Massachusetts Lowell on Thursday, November 5, for a 7 p.m. start time. The Purple Eagles will then play their third game of the week as they head back home to take New Hampshire on Sunday, November 8, for a 1 p.m. start, the game will include a schedule magnet giveaway, along with the America East-Metro Challenge.
Men's basketball will also have their first game of the 2026-27 season as they travel to Morgantown, WV, to face the Mountaineers for a 7 p.m. start time on Monday, November 2. The Purple and White will then return to Monteagle Ridge for their first home game of the season, facing Morgan State at 6:30 p.m. inside the Gallagher Center, with a Student Tailgate, schedule magnet giveaway, and Military Appreciation Night.
Men's soccer heads to Buffalo, NY to take on Battle of the Bridge rival Canisius on Wednesday, November 4, as game time is slated for 6 p.m.
Volleyball is back in action on Friday, November 6 as they will host Marist for a 6 p.m. start time inside the Gallagher Center. The Purple Eagles will also host Siena on Saturday, November 7, for a 2 p.m. start time as the game will be Senior Day.
