Edison, N.J. - Niagara women's swimmer Natalie Killion was tabbed as the Metro Conference Swimmer of the Week. 

 

Over the weekend at the Colgate Invite, Killion won three individual events and two relays. In her lone second-place finish (1650), she entered the All-Time Top 10 at number 7 with a time of 17:46.43. In the 400 Medley relay, her early lead was critical for the relay to hold off a late-charging Colgate. She replicated that 100 Back performance with another win later in the day with a time of 57.16. In the 200 Back, she won by over 3 seconds (2:04.18), and the 500 saw her win by over 4 seconds (5:09.55). Her leadoff leg of the 400 Free relay allowed her teammates to take an early lead that would not be relinquished. 

 

Niagara swimming is back in action on Saturday, October 17, as they head to Buffalo to compete against Buffalo and Cornell.
