NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. – Niagara men's soccer head coach Bill Boyle has announced Cameron Roach and Landon Hungerford as team captains for 2025.
"Cameron Roach and Landon Hungerford have truly embodied our core value of FAMILY – Forget About Me, I Love You," Boyle said. "Both of them have persisted through challenges, starting their journey as walk-ons, earning playing time, starts, and scholarships, and now stepping forward as true leaders of this team. It hasn't been an easy road, but their resilience and commitment have set the standard. From Marysville, Ontario to DeWitt, Michigan, their stories are proof of what hard work, selflessness, and belief in the team can accomplish."
Roach is entering his fifth season as a Purple Eagle in 2025, playing in 45 games and making 38 starts over the last two seasons. The Marysville, Ontario native has played in 3448 minutes in his career recording one goal and one assist.
Hungerford is in his fifth season on Monteagle Ridge and appeared in every minute during the 2024 season. The Dewitt, MI native has appeared in 42 games in the Purple and White.
