Niagara Women's Soccer Improves to 2-0

Two goals from Caitlyn Gratton led Niagara women's soccer to a 2-0 victory over Le Moyne at Niagara Field in Lewiston, N.Y.
 
The Purple Eagles improve their record at 2-0 while the Dolphins fall to 0-3.
 
The Purple and white got on the board first in the 18th minute when Morgan Kulniszewski dished the ball over to Gratton who was waiting by the left post and tapped it home with her left foot.
 
Niagara doubled their lead in the 53rd minute yet again from Gratton who was awarded a penalty kick after the Le Moyne keeper was assessed a foul. Gratton put away the penalty kick with her left foot putting it the left side of the goal.
 
The Dolphins could not complete the comeback going scoreless for the remainder of the contest.

• Niagara moves to 6-3 all time against Le Moyne.
• Gratton now leads the club in goals with two.
• Kulniszewski recorded her first assist of the season.
