CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Niagara baseball dropped its third straight game to open the 2025 season, falling 11-1 to No. 21 Miami on Sunday afternoon at Alex Rodriguez Park.

Nate Bennett (0-1) worked three innings for Niagara, allowing four runs on four hits while walking four. The Purple Eagles used five relievers to finish the game, but Miami's offense proved too potent, collecting 11 hits including a home run from Brandon DeGoti.
