Before Niagara: Attended Commack High School where he was a captain and played for Team MVP as a club team. Played a number of three varsity seasons where he had over .400 career batting average. Holds individual awards in two-time all-league, two-time all-conference, and Brian Bonin memorial winner. Won three-time County Championships and two-time Long Island Championships. Schramm chose Niagara because, “I chose Niagara because it was my first baseball opportunity and both of my parents attended and played sports here”.
