Niagara University, N.Y. – Niagara University's bowling program will begin the spring semester ranked No. 8 in the country, based on the National TenPin Coaches Association (NTCA) announced Tuesday afternoon.
 
Niagara jumped all the way from 25^th in the pre-season poll into eighth place after compiling a 40-15 record with two tournament wins at the Mercyhurst Invite and the NU Open and second at the Hilbert Hammer Classic. This is the highest rank the program has received.
