NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y.- The Niagara University women's volleyball team (13-12, 9-5) won a four-set match against Manhattan (1-23, 0-13) at the Gallagher Center.

Kinga Wronska delivered a strong performance with 12 kills and 14.5 points.
Liana Tolliver led Niagara's offensive effort with 14 kills on 43 attempts, contributing 14.0 points, while
Laryssa Imbuzeiro added 11 kills on 16 attempts.

The Purple Eagles demonstrated their strongest offensive showing in the third set, posting their highest hitting percentage of .385. Defensively,
Bella Peroni anchored the back row with a team-high 27 receptions and a .900 reception percentage.
Kylie Blessing contributed significantly from the service line with 27 services and a .926 serving percentage.

The team totaled six blocks throughout the match, with Imbuzeiro leading the defensive effort at the net with six block assists.

• Niagara Improves to 31-26 all-time against Manhattan, including a 10-1 record in the last 11 meetings and a seven-match win streak over the Jaspers dating back to Oct. 31, 2021.
• Kyle Blessing recorded her 1,000
th career assist, she had a total of 29 in the match.
• Imbuzeiro recored 11 kills in back-to-back games, marking the first time in her career she has reached double-digit kills in consecutive games.
• Imbuzeiro now has 416 career blocks, surpassing Tammy Greek for second all-time and nine away from Jessica Anderson's program record of 425.Â
