Liana Tolliver recorded a match-high 13 kills as Niagara volleyball swept past Merrimack in straight sets (25-21, 25-12, 25-21) in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference action Saturday afternoon at the Gallagher Center.

The Purple Eagles (11-10, 7-3 MAAC) dominated at the service line, recording nine aces with
Kylie Blessing leading the way with five.
Bella Peroni anchored the defense with a match-high 22 digs, while
Kinga Wronska added 12 digs and nine kills.

Niagara hit .209 as a team, with
Laryssa Imbuzeiro contributing an efficient six kills on .294 hitting to go along with four blocks.

The Purple Eagles were particularly sharp in the second set, hitting .323 while holding Merrimack to a negative hitting percentage en route to their most decisive set win of the match.
