NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. - Niagara volleyball got back into the win column, defeating Sacred Heart 3-1 (25-17, 19-25, 25-21, 25-22) in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference matchup Sunday afternoon at the Gallagher Center.

The Purple Eagles (9-9, 5-2 MAAC) were led by junior
Kinga Wronska, who posted a team-high 13 kills and 12 digs. Junior
Liana Tolliver contributed 11 kills and 11 digs, while senior
Janiah Robinson added eight kills with a .467 hitting percentage and six blocks.

Niagara's balanced attack proved too much for Sacred Heart (7-12, 3-4 MAAC), despite a game-high 20 kills from Camryn Luginbuhl. The Purple Eagles outhit the Pioneers .238 to .184 and recorded 12 team blocks to Sacred Heart's six.
