NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. - The Niagara University women's volleyball team (8-9, 4-2 MAAC) suffered a defeat against Fairfield University (8-9, 6-0 MAAC) in a four-set match (15-25, 25-22, 11-25, 21-25) at the Gallagher Center Saturday afternoon.

Offensively, Niagara struggled with their attack, posting a .118 hitting percentage.
Kinga Wronska led the team with 37 attack attempts, converting 10 kills.
Laryssa Imbuzeiro followed with 16 attack attempts and 6 kills, while
Payton Lee added 26 attempts with 4 kills.

Defensively, Niagara recorded 9 total team blocks.
Janiah Robinson stood out with 5 block assists, while
Liana Tolliver contributed 4. In the backcourt,
Bella Peroni led the defensive efforts with 28 digs, followed by
Mia Schaefer and Wronska with 11.
